I’ve searched out a lot of different styles and my guitars feel the safest with these. They have high quality dense foam rubber grip on all neccessary areas and its tilted for extra protection. It even swivels up and down or side to side depended on how you look at it. The overall build is solid and I expect with normal used to never have to replace them. I like that they close in around the guitar to secure it in place. My wife was going to grab one for me and could’nt see how it came unlatched. That is a nice feature for when people are over and feel the urge to grab stuff without asking. Oh and I like the Oak would base, completes the look. I bought 3 of them and will get more soon.

I have two of these and they work great and look great. I started with one to hang one of my guitars decoratively in my rec room. Now I use two of them to hang guitars in my bonus room and have the others in a Rockstand. I have a heavy telecaster in one, and an acoustic in the other. The padded rests keep from scratching the headstock, and the spring actuated arms on the front keep the guitar securely on the hanger until you pick the guitar up and take the weight off.

After finding my Tele laying on the floor, under a normal guitar hanger, I bought the Hercules hanger.
I’ll never use anything else for my guitars.
